
Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist (Work From Home)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including creation of job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment forms; job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and candidate endorsement.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data in the company’s Applicant Tracking System (preferably with experience in Zoho Recruit).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- Prepare and update job descriptions and role profiles as needed.
- Support onboarding efforts to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics (such as time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates) to identify areas for process improvement.
- Represent Sozoroad professionally and positively in all candidate and partner interactions.
Who You Are
Requirements
- A
bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business
Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Availability
to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) for collaboration
with the team.
- Strong
verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to
engage candidates effectively and represent Sozoroad’s culture.
- Proven
experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR
coordination—preferably in a consulting, tech, or startup
environment, but not required.
- Familiarity
with Applicant Tracking Systems (Zoho Recruit experience
preferred, but not required).
- Ability
to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with attention to
detail and urgency.
- Understanding
of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and recruitment marketing techniques.
- Excellent
organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability
to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with
minimal supervision.
